Hi there, partner! Welcome to Tinderbox Valley!
In this town, lots of folks like to mosey on up to fight each other. Luckily, there ain’t a gunsmith for near on 3 days travel in any direction! So we don’t get much in the way of gunfighting. Not so luckily, we’re home to one of the largest rock quarries this side of the Mississippi, so usually they just steal a stick of dynamite and get into the fight that way! Don’t need a bullet when a stray spark can cause far more damage!
In case you weren’t hearin me right, let me reiterate this INCREDIBLY key information! Unless you’re trying To Win A Duel you do NOT want to Throw Open Flame at folks! It could accidentally make the dynamite they have hidden on them explode!

A Lighter with an Open Flame.
These are two things you should NOT mix together! And in Tinderbox Valley, the name of the game is preventing those two from meeting! ...or, at least, preventing anyone else from being the player to make those two meet.
In Tinderbox Valley, players are in a high stakes multi-way card game standoff with a hidden stick of dynamite and a lighter.
To Win players must throw their Lighter to the player with the Dynamite hidden in their hand of cards, but it isn’t as easy as it seems, as everyone will be using their cards to try and take the lighter from you, or position the dynamite into an advantageous place for them!
This project contains two print and play files!
- The Card Sheets for Tinderbox Valley! Contains all card fronts needed to play, and one page full of card backs! (You can choose if you want to print enough card backs for all of your cards, or just use the fronts!)
- The Setup and Play guide rule sheets!
